FX Awards 2010 Workspace Systems Furniture Winner – EONA by Thinking Ergonomix

Everything Old is New Again (EONA) is a modular table system manufactured from post-consumer recycled materials. It is designed for complete disassembly, making it ready for recycling.

Ideal for meeting and boardroom spaces, the EONA table uses 100% post-consumer recycled aluminium for its legs and leg support inserts, and post-consumer recycled steel (approximately 35%) for its outer leg supports, rail and adjustable glides, and recyclable polypropylene.

A full life-cycle assessment was commissioned as part of the design process to ensure the product would meet Thinking Ergonomix’s high environmental standards.
